A complete refit of a north London office, previously occupied by the associated architects Edward Cullinan, turning the old factory into 12 self-contained flats including 2 penthouse apartments.
The key areas of joinery in this project were French oak veneered kitchens, vanities, fitted wardrobes, cedar privacy screens, and solid French oak stairs and tall balustrades.
The kitchens were constructed from oak veneered birch ply, finished in a dark wenge stain with handleless doors, brush stainless steel plinths, white quartz worktops and back painted toughened splashbacks.
FJL also manufactured and installed a solid Sapele fire rated acoustic ceiling in the communal areas.
4 floating solid timber stair sets were installed in the ground the duplexes and Cedar privacy screen [pictured above] divided the balcony spaces.
