The client

33 Group are a main contractor who specialise in refurbishment, design and build and construction in the residential sector. Having previously priced for a handful of projects we were delighted to the win the tender for this residential fit out.

The client were looking to refurbish this quaint 19th century stable mews house, and transform it into a sleek luxury contemporary apartment.

Our process

The design set out by the architect were both simple but stylish, with clean lines and and white walls to to help illuminate the property during daylight hours.

Using an
Egger white cape elm timber (U795 ST9)  throughout the property. The workshop were tasked with providing the following custom joinery. Large media unit with wall paneling, shoe storage unit, cupboards, bathroom mirror, doors, and additional storage units.

The results

The project overall lasted six weeks. For the internal doors we used a white PU Farrow and Ball paint. This was used to match existing doors.  was also applied to the storage and bespoke worktops through the apartment. We also added a white HI_Macs top, and used a hand stitched Italian oak veneer for the shoe storage unit.

The client were thrilled with the results and subsequently we have gone to to price for more jobs.
