The client

Cheevers Howard is a main contractor who operates primarily in London’s luxury property sector. Their companies mission is to build breath taking homes with unparalleled quality and workmanship. Despite being a relatively new company, they have experienced remarkable growth, making them key players in the construction industry, and certainly ones to watch.

Having successfully supplied joinery works for Cheevers Howard previous Brook Street renovation, we were keen secure another project. So we were delighted to win the Lansdowne residential project.

Joinery requirements

This 15 month, private residential renovation, covered 4000 square foot and required 40+ bespoke joinery items including:

Basement: utility room, climbing wall, shower room sink unit, nannies kitchenette, bar wardrobe, cloakroom joinery, ottoman storage
First Floor: Doors, master bath double vanity, toilet cupboard, and shelving
Second Floor: Bathroom – mirrored sink vanity cupboard, bath top, and cistern top. Play nook – ladder, hand rail, shelving units, desk an shelving
Third floor: Bathroom sink, vanity cupboard, laundry W/M housing and shelving

The results

Despite the high volume for individual bespoke items, the process from start to finish ran smoothly and as a result we were able to deliver on the project in time and to a high standard. 

It was a pleasure collaborating with the Cheevers Howard and we look forward to pricing for the team again in the future.
